The most commonly used positions within the BDSM world are those that arise from the John Norman novels based in the fictional world “Gor”.

Shown on the next page is a selection of “slave positions”, along with the name of the position. This page is intended as an aid memoire for learning the positions, which can of course be adapted to your personal requirements. All but two of these positions are “Gor” positions. After the aid memoire sheet, a page is devoted to each position alongside quotations to his books to show the origin of the position. As will be noted from some of the quotations, along with using the names for various positions hand gestures or numbers can be assigned to each position.
